Join Sophia (accredited Psychotherapist and sound practitioner) and Alexa (Yoga Teacher & Ayurvedic Consultant) for a deeply nourishing evening designed to bring balance, clarity, and restoration.

🖋 Guided Journaling, this mindful journaling session offers a gentle space to reflect, release and set intensions. No writing experience needed, simple come with an open mind and a sense of curiosity.

🌿Ayurvedic refreshments – herbal tea and Ojas building treats to connect and replenish

🧘🏻‍♀️Alexa with guide you through Yoga to align with the energy of the moon, to release what no longer serves us and to welcome fresh beginnings. It is your opportunity to pause, reflect, ground and connect with your body

🎶 Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath – Sophia will guide you through a short mindful body scan before giving a crystal sound bath to invite deep rest, release and relaxation.

Together, these practices create a safe, supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

No previous experience is needed — simply come as you are, with a journal and pen.
