This profound connection led to help others experience the same positive changes, culminating in the pursuit of formal teacher training and advanced studies in Ayurveda. Alexa firmly believes that movement is only half the story; true wellness requires a holistic approach that balances the body, mind, and spirit. By integrating Ayurvedic principles, Alexa supports her students in achieving natural healing and balance through personalised guidance.
Alexa’s journey has also been shaped via backpacking in her 20s. She has explored the vibrant cultures of Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, India, Nepal and New Zealand and living and working in Australia.
