Hatha

Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga, often referred to as “flow yoga,” is a dynamic and invigorating style that seamlessly synchronizes breath with movement. Rooted in the ancient traditions of yoga, Vinyasa offers a modern and creative approach that emphasizes fluidity, mindfulness, and the rhythmic dance of body and breath.

Yin

In a Yin yoga class, the focus is on surrendering into poses that are typically held for extended periods, ranging from two to five minutes or even longer. These poses primarily target the deeper connective tissues and fascia, encouraging a gradual and deep release. The longer duration of each pose allows practitioners to access a state of stillness, fostering introspection and a profound connection with the present moment.
